Toast’s mom helped launch her dog’s career and is helping Toast live up to her “meets world” name in NYC. She is using her celebrity dog status to raise awareness for pet adoption and rescue. The dangerous dogs act was a law passed in the United Kingdom in 1991 aimed to try to reduce the number of dog attacks by specific breeds.Parliament stepped in to create this Act after a slew of incidences where serious injury or death resulted from dog attacks of a particularly aggressive breed that were uncontrolled. When Chloe was born too small to breed, she was given away. After bouncing around from home to home, she has found her way to her forever home. Shortly after going to live with her new human, they started an Instagram 
account to keep Chloe’s old family current on 
her new life in New York City. She was so photogenic

fun with the captions and photos and soon enough
