If my dog breaks a bone, or requires x-rays are they covered by insurance? They are expensive but necessary sometimes and I don’t want to be stuck with the bill!

As long as the dog is covered under insurance prior to needing the xrays then it should be covered. Otherwise it could be seen as a pre-existing condition.
