I signed up for Intelligence For Your Pets August 5th. Did not receive a box in August but thought it took a bit so waited until September, still nothing. After several emails and phone calls I received a box in October, nothing since. I have emailed, called, tried posting on their Facebook, still nothing. I paid $156 for six months. I cancelled my credit card because I did get notifications that they would auto renew in February 2017! I have now written an email to the Attorney General’s office. I just want my money back. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! They just want your credit card information so they can rip you off!

I also signed up for 6 months of large dog boxes on April 5th, received one box on May 27th and haven’t received anything since. They refunded me for June saying there was a shipping error. I notified them about not receiving a box for July and after sending out multiple emails to intelligence for your pets and intelligence for your life I haven’t heard anything back except for automated emails saying “we have received your request and someone will respond in 24 hours” DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!

I subscribed to the monthly Intelligence For Your Pets Premium Cat Box in February (2016). I have received ONE box so far.
