My dog is a pitbull mix. He has been eating hydrolyzed protein hills science diet food since he was two due to vomiting and having bloody stools . The vet said his body can not digest the protein. Now he is five and the same issue is starting again. This time he is not eating and rapidly losing weight. We switched to another brand of hydrolyzed protein food and he is now eating again but not gaining any weight. I have been to 3 different vets and had multiple tests and even an abdominal ultrasound and found nothing. We feed him nothing but his food. He is eating more than the food prescribes him to eat and is still losing weight and vomiting undigested food. I ‘m clueless on what to do next. Please help.
