My dog keeps digging holes in my yard. Mainly during the summer when it’s warm out. It’s like he’s wanting to keep cool or something? Any suggestions?

You’re on the right path there! Your dog is most likely digging holes during the summer to keep cool. The dirt beneath the ground is much cooler than the ground we walk on. Make sure he has fresh water daily and a shady spot to lay in. Try buying a kiddy pool for him to bathe in and fill it up with cool water so he can cool off during those hot days.
