Equipment

  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 ice cube tray or silicone treat mold

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup frozen peas (steamed and mashed)
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrot (raw or lightly steamed)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)

Instructions
 

  • Mix the mashed peas, shredded carrot, and yogurt in a bowl until well combined.
  • Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays and freeze for 2 to 3 hours until fully solid.
  • Pop out and serve as a cool, crunchy snack.
