- 1/2 cup frozen peas (steamed and mashed)
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot (raw or lightly steamed)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)

Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays and freeze for 2 to 3 hours until fully solid.
