Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Peel and cut potatoes into small cubes. Place in a bowl.
  • Toss with coconut oil, ginger, and cinnamon.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking basket halfway.
  • Cool completely before serving.
