  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (xylitol-free only)
  • 1 tbsp oat flour or finely ground oats
  • 1 egg
  • A splash of water or plain unsweetened oat milk for texture optional

  • Mash the banana in a microwave-safe mug.
  • Add peanut butter, oat flour, and egg. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
  • Microwave on high for 45–60 seconds, or until the center is set.
  • Let cool completely before serving.
