1 mini muffin tin
Ingredients
1/3
cup
peanut butter
(no xylitol)
1/2
cup
plain yogurt
Greek or regular, unsweetened
1
ripe banana
splash
unsweetened almond milk or water
mini dog treats
optional
Instructions
Combine peanut butter, yogurt, banana, and a splash of almond milk or water in a blender.
Blend until smooth. Add more liquid as needed for easy blending.
Pour the mixture into muffin tins or silicone cups.
Freeze until solid (at least 2 hours).
When ready to serve, let thaw slightly at room temperature for a few minutes.
Pop out of the mold with a knife, stack, and serve!
Notes
Silicone muffin cups make these easy to remove. Optional toppings like tiny dog treats add a cute final touch.
