Juice Pulp Dog Treats?

I recently started juicing and hate to waste all the leftover pulp. I’ve been adding it to smoothies and freezing some for muffins, but then I thought—why not use it for dog treats?
Are there any do’s and don’ts when it comes to using juice pulp in homemade dog treats? I usually juice a mix of fruits and veggies like cucumber, apples, carrots, kale, spinach, pineapple, ginger, turmeric, and beets.
Does anyone have good recipes for baked or dehydrated treats using juice pulp? I’d love to hear what’s worked for you!
There are so many great recipes online for juice-pulp dog treats! I’ve been using this vegan dog treat recipe via Goodnature, and my pup loves them!
So long as you are using human foods that are safe for dogs, you should be good to go.
