I’ve been with them for years, never use them, and constantly get notices that the premiums are increasing. I understand that the cost of doing business goes up, but our last premium increase was over 30%, that’s insane! The biggest irk I have is that we literally have not had to use this insurance policy, so I don’t even know if it’s any good.

I don’t want to speak to robots on the phone forever – can you guys give me the low-down on the easiest (and most painless) way to cancel my policy?
