We are looking at getting a French Bulldog. I see prices all over the place, what can I expect to pay for a purebred from a reputable breeder?

Frenchies are an adorable breed, but they can be pricey. You can expect to spend between $1,500 to over $4,000. The price will depend on the time of year, puppy availability, where you are located, and the quality of the puppy you want. We cover this in much more detail in our French Bulldog Price guide. Remember that you will have other costs besides the puppy’s price; Frenchies often have health problems and need more vet care than some other breeds. If you find a lower-priced puppy, be wary as they may not be from a quality breeder, which can greatly impact their health throughout their lives.
