Yesterday, I took my pup for a walk. He was really excited to go since he hadn’t been out for a couple of days due to really cold weather. He was so excited he started pulling really hard on his harness and leash. After about a minute of walking, he started making this terrible snorting/coughing type of noise. It was super loud and sounded kind of like he might be choking. We stopped walking and sat down, and I slowly rubbed his back.
