I’m looking for a comprehensive joint supplement for my dog. Something that supports healthy joint cartilage, helps maintain mobility, and provides pain relief. So far, I’ve seen a lot of formulas that use a lot of animal products (glucosamine from shellfish, chondroitin from bovine cartilage, fish oils, etc.). Any recommendations for plant-based formulas that work well?
As you’ve likely discovered, finding a quality, vegan joint supplement for dogs can be difficult. The plant-based dog food company Wild Earth makes a joint supplement that features vegetarian glucosamine, anti-inflammatory turmeric root, algae-sourced omegas, and hyaluronic acid for joint lubrication. It’s a quality formula that protects cartilage health and supports inflammation reduction. Plus, it’s peanut butter flavored! Let us know if you give it a try!
