Very helpful information, thanks for taking time to share @Emma Braby ! I’m going to print this out and post it on my fridge right now.

Thanks for your reply @Sadie Cornelius and your concern @Sally Jones ! I ended up going into the vet and turns out it’s anxiety! We had someone from our household who was staying for a few weeks just leave and apparently our pup was really attached to them so got all anxious when they suddenly weren’t around. Dogs are so amazing!

Our vet gave us some calming supplements to give our pup, and while they work great they’re quite expensive. What brands would y’all recommend?

I switched to Sunday for the same reason, has worked great for me. Although it takes quite a bit of work and you may not be completely weed free. But in my opinion, the lawn looks a little bit fuller, and the grass healthier.

Second that vote for Sunday. But also know that if you live in hotter climates, it’s going to be a bit more of a struggle keeping the weeds under control. But ask yourself: would you rather have the piece of mind over a few weeds? This was an easy decision for myself, personally.

Herbicides (both pre and post-emergent) I’ve been able to remove from our lawn regimen (we use Sunday lawn care as well), but I had a more difficult time with fertilizer. Sunday’s dandelion killer didn’t get rid of all the weeds for me. If you live in a hotter, more humid climate (weeds thrive in hot conditions); it’s going to be more difficult to go the all natural route. But ask yourself: peace of mind over a few weeds? No brainer for me. You could also forego grass completely and go with some non-grass landscaping.

Very helpful feedback, thanks so much Kimberly and Sadie! I’ll make sure we keep our old policy until our new one is active and ask all the questions regarding pre-existing conditions.
