    Ha how funny!

Do you know the noise the girl from the grudge makes? The gurgling/sucking air in sound? When I do that my Bull Terrier goes nuts – uncontrollable zoomies, barking to alert the entire neighborhood, it’s so strange yet super comical. But as soon as I stop he looks at me as if I’m crazy! Well, I probably do look crazy, but it’s our lil’ thing !!

Hmm i wouldn’t personally buy a dog on Craigslist. I don’t know any reputable breeders who put their pups on Craigslist, so you’re probably looking at a puppy from an inexperienced breeder, someone who just wants to make a quick buck and not screening for health issues, or worse, a puppy mill.
Although rescue fees are sometimes high, you’ve got to remember that taking a dog on is a huge responsibility, including financially. And all they want to do during a home visit is to check that your home is safe and you’re both a good match for eachother.
I would personally wait until you find a dog you really like in a rescue center. That way the shelter can tell you a bit about them (sometimes) and more likely to be healthy and in good shape than from FB marketplace.

That’s a tricky one, and not something you can always predict. Some shelters might guestimate size, but unless you know the parentage it’s a huuuge guess. Labs are medium to large dogs, and it depends on what this pup is mixed with. It might not be an issue for you if its mixed with a Beagle, right? It’ll be smaller than a Lab and probs ok for an apartment. But if it’s mixed with, say, a Newfoundland, boy you might struggle for room. A dog’s a huge responsibility, and if size if a big deal for you, it might be wiser to choose a smaller dog.

Yes there is a difference. A toy Goldendoodle has a toy Poodle parent, and a mini Goldendoodle has a mini Poodle parent. Poodles come in 3 sizes. Minis are slightly bigger than toys, and so they are a bit more energetic and eat a little bit more.

I’m wondering if toy Goldendoodles are much rarer too cz a Golden Retriever with a toy Poodle sounds tricky ? Not sure if someone else knows this answer …

Bullmastiffs don’t have a rep like Pittbulls do, but they look just as if not more powerful than Pitties which is why some people assume they look aggressive. I’ve personally never met an aggressive Pittie or a Bullmastiff. The Bullmastiffs I’ve looked after have all been super sweet and seriously dopey, and not a mean bone in their body. Like all dogs, it’s all about the training and puppy socialization, so if you’re thinking about getting one put the effort in and they are sure to become friendly and happy pups.

I’ve moved homes a lot, and the day before we move, I put my used bed sheets in their crate each time. This gave them a familiar smell and comfort during the move and in their new environment. And lots of snuggles and rest time when you can to reassure them. My older dog struggles with food when we go through change, so I give him plain chicken and rice in the evening to avoid upsetting/overloading his stomach. Stress really affects my senior dog, but my pup doesn’t care. Good luck with the house move!
